Returns & Exchanges

At Caproni Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and documentation included to ensure safe transport back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
